We have a flat rate of $9.95 for domestic shipping anywhere in Australia.
For orders over $100 shipping is free
Shipping rates for New Zealand will be calculated at checkout.
Store pick-up is only available from Braeside, Melbourne. Please select store pickup at checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will be notified to arrange a pick-up time.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment during Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the following business day.
Where a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address details there will be an additional postage charge of $6.95 applied to resend your parcel.
When using our flat rate shipping your order should be expected within 3-5 days.
Western Australia, Northern Territory and Rural areas should expect up to 10 days.
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may or may not be applicable depending on the country you are ordering from. We do not have a responsibility to cover these costs if they incur.
We have a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
This does not cover misuse or unreasonable damage cause by incorrect use.
We will accept refunds up to 30 days from purchase date.

All products must be returned in original packaging and must be unused.
Refunds will not include the original shipping cost. A refund will only be given on the cost of the item(s).
